Camera-Ready Instructions

Camera-ready submission deadline: May 15, 2026
Copyright Form:

Accepted papers will receive the ACM Rights Management form from rightsreview@acm.org, and the corresponding author must complete and submit it on behalf of all authors. The paper will not be published if this electronic Rights Review form is not submitted.

When you finish updating and completing the ACM rights review form, a confirmation screen will appear, and a confirmation email will go to the designated contact author. Refer to this email to obtain the ACM copyright block information, conference data (acronym, publishing info, dates, locations), and DOI information to be included within the ACM template for your final version.

Camera-Ready Preparation and Upload:

Our conference uses the ACM Production System (TAPS) for proceedings preparation. Communication between the author and TAPS is done via e-mail; please ensure that e-mails from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com can be delivered to your inbox so that you don't miss any communication from TAPS. You will receive an email from TAPS that will include a link for you to access TAPS, upload your source file(s) for production processing, and later, to review the TAPS-generated PDF and HTML proofs.

The workflow consists of the following steps:

  1. Prepare source material – the Word or LaTeX source document(s), and any supplementary material you wish to have distributed alongside your article in the Digital Library.

  2. ZIP file creation and upload – Organize your article source material into a ZIP file, and upload that ZIP file to TAPS.

  3. Supplementary Material (Optional) – Upload your supplementary materials as per organizer instructions.

  4. Review PDF and HTML5 – If the source was successfully processed, review the generated PDF and HTML5 documents. If validation errors occur, revise the source and resubmit to TAPS.

  5. Article approval – Approve your article in TAPS for publication when all errors are resolved.

You can refer to the detailed instructions to complete the above five steps. (https://authors.acm.org/proceedings/production-information/taps-production-workflow)
